Event RSVP

Fill out and submit this form at least four days prior to the event (use ¨Submit¨ button below) for your commitment to attend at the discounted rate ($40, payable 1 week in advance via Check, or PayPal), or walk-in with reservation ($45, payable at the door). Cancellations for the latter by the date of the event without financial commitment, by email to PMP Events

If you opt to pay by check or PayPal, instructions to facilitate payment will be provided to you via email.
