Therapeutic Area Project Management Leads - Recuiter

Bench International has been retained by a fully integrated biopharmaceutical company located in close proximity to New York City to assist in their efforts to build a Project Management infrastructure. Our client has reached a market cap of $2B with approximately 1000 employees and two strong partnerships with global pharmaceutical companies, one focused on a marketed drug for a rare, inherited inflammatory disease. Our client's portfolio consists of Oncology, Inflammation, and Ophthalmology and two new TAs in Cardiovascular and Neuroscience, and they have seven programs in phase III and are expecting two BLA filings in the upcoming year.

Bench International is recruiting for therapeutic area (TA) project management (PM) leads. This TA Lead PM will work hand in hand with the TA Head M.D. to drive the development programs. This can be Director or Senior Director and is best suited for folks who are tactical in focus and have previously held direct accountability for resource allocation, project milestone and budget deliverables. Bench is looking for seasoned PM leaders who can quickly and smoothly move from managing in the weeds to looking across the entire strategic development plan. The ideal skill set for these PM roles is strength in quickly assessing solutions and putting decisions into action to make order out of chaos. Executive presence and partnered program interaction is required.
